Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strive to provide our customers with premium products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policies below:

Cancellations:
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
• Once an item has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs for canceled orders.
• No cancellations are allowed once the product has been delivered or installed, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Returns & Exchanges:
• We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging.
• Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on condition and inspection.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Products with a price of $499 or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
• No returns or cancellations are allowed for customized or made-to-order products.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged Shipments:
• If an item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and the shipping carrier will return the item to us.
• If damage is found after opening, please email photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to us through our contact page.
• Keep all packaging materials until the damage claim is resolved, as the shipping carrier may require inspection.
• We will provide a replacement or coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
