Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We strive to provide our customers with premium products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policies below:
Cancellations:
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
• Once an item has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs for canceled orders.
• No cancellations are allowed once the product has been delivered or installed, unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Please note that minor markings on handcrafted products are not considered defects. Our cigar cutters are not mass-produced industrial products and may not have a flawless appearance—please purchase with this understanding. All cutters are inspected and tested for cutting performance before shipment. Any cigar residue or traces of manual craftsmanship do not qualify as reasons for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges:
• We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
• Products with a price of $499 or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
• No returns or cancellations are allowed for customized or made-to-order products.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Damaged Shipments:
• If an item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and the shipping carrier will return the item to us.
• If damage is found after opening, please email photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to us through our contact page.
• Keep all packaging materials until the damage claim is resolved, as the shipping carrier may require inspection.
• We will provide a replacement or coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
• Damage caused by improper use, such as cutting anything other than cigars, dropping, or impact damage, is not eligible for return or exchange.
